Next Point Bearing Shipping & Returns Policy
Returns Policy:
- Return Window: No goods will be accepted for return without prior written authorization in the form of an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Authorization: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning items. This number should be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
- Condition of Items: Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, deformed, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Special size, super precision, custom, featured, and special-ordered products based on customer requests cannot be returned.
- Restocking Fee: A minimum restocking fee of 20% will be applied to products returned for a refund or exchange.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as packages lost by the carrier will not be refunded.
- Processing Time: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after the inspection is completed.
Shipping Policy:
- Next Point Bearing reserves the right to change shipping carriers at our discretion, while maintaining the same estimated delivery speed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside our control, including those caused by the carrier. Next Point Bearing is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping provider.
- Shipping Destinations: Next Point Bearing can ship to any address serviced by commercial carriers.
- Order Processing Time: Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Expedited orders are usually shipped the same day. The shipping department is closed on weekends and holidays.
- Shipping Methods: We exclusively ship using UPS.
- Shipping Estimates: Shipping and delivery times are estimated based on item availability and chosen shipping method. These are estimates, and Next Point Bearing is not responsible for late deliveries.
- International Shipping: We are only shipping to the US currently from our website, but can sell internationally via our sales team. Undeliverable Packages: Shipments returned by the carrier can be reshipped or refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges will apply to reship orders to the corrected address.
